The person who finally received the flowers said that they were perfect. I do have to mention 2 things. The heart balloon wasn't a heart. :( Also, not the delivery driver's fault, but if your company delivers to Weiss Hospital in the future, verify that the person at the front desk contacts the floor where the flowers are supposed to end up. The reason is that the patient didn't receive them and thought that the flowers never were delivered was due to the front desk holding them. The patient had to call the front desk to ask if any deliveries came. At that point they replied that they had the delivery, but someone from the floor had to come down to get them. I was starting to think that the delivery was never made, but it was.
